Delivery information

We aim to deliver within 21 days at the very latest, however, it is usually a lot quicker than this. We encourage you to ring your order through if it is very urgent and we will do our best to dispatch it within 48 hours.

A charge of 10% for postage and packing will be made for purchases under £100 – with a minimum charge of £2.50. Orders over £100 will be delivered free of charge.

Please note that the above applies only to UK mainland orders &ndash postage on other orders will be charged at cost. If you are outside the UK mainland, please contact us before placing your order.

Returns policy

If you are not entirely happy with a product, please return the product along with a note outlining your dissatisfaction within 14 days of receiving the product. If you have a valid reason for returning it, we will replace or refund you the full amount at your request.

If you would like to return a product that you have purchased that is not faulty, please make sure this is within 14 days of your receiving the product. We will refund you as long as the product is in the same condition in which it was dispatched to you.

Company history

Noel and Elizabeth Graham set up Claire Publications in 1980. Twenty-six years later, it has retained its small family run ethos, whilst growing into the highly recommended educational supplier it is today. We pride ourselves on our attention to detail and excellent customer services.

We always welcome comments, suggestions and queries and would love to hear from you. Please get in touch if you have any specific requirements (i.e you need that book for a workshop on Monday!) or cannot find what you are looking for (we will do our best to find it, or you may even have the idea for a new product!)

E-learning credits

Schools can use their e-learning credits to pay for software that they buy from Claire Publications. You will need to pay for your order as normal, but you can then get the money refunded to you by your local education authority.
