Delivery times
We aim to deliver within 21 days at the very latest, however, it is usually a lot quicker than this. We encourage you to ring your order through if it is very urgent and we will do our best to dispatch it within 48 hours.
VAT
VAT is charged at 17.5% on products other than books. VAT can be claimed back by schools through their local authority.
Postage costs
A charge of 10% for postage and packing will be made for purchases under £100 – with a minimum charge of £2.50. Orders over £100 will be delivered free of charge.
Postage on orders outside the UK mainland will be charged at cost. If you are outside the UK mainland, please contact us before placing your order.
